We want you to feel informed before making a purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us first at:

support@pawwiggle.com

Please do not send any item back without contacting us in advance. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original condition
  • in the original packaging, where possible

Return Process

To start a return request, please email support@pawwiggle.com with:

  • your order number
  • the email used for the order
  • a brief explanation of the reason for return
  • photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, or an item sent in error, PawWiggle will cover the reasonable return-related cost or provide an appropriate solution.

If the return is requested for other reasons, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • personalized or custom items
  • items that have been used
  • items not in their original condition
  • items returned without prior contact and approval

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawwiggle.com.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
